چکیده
This article aims to determine the extent which job satisfaction and justice at work influence turnover intention of public transport workers. The power predict was studied in employees a transportation company Corumbá, Brazil, measured using following validated instruments: Scale Job Satisfaction, Perception Distributive Justice, Procedural Justice Turnover Intention Scale. reports quantitative descriptive study that uses survey technique. data analyzed statistics measures central tendency. Participants were found be more satisfied with their colleagues, boss nature work, less salaries promotions. In terms intention, showed an average result. on distributive perceived positively than procedural justice. Correlation analysis revealed significantly correlated intention. These results indicate employees’ leave where they decreases as perception increase.
